Child Safety Standards

1. Zero tolerance policy

Crestini Chat strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form.

This includes grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking, coercion, sexual solicitation involving minors, and sharing, requesting, creating, distributing, or promoting CSAM or sexual images involving minors.

Any attempt to use Crestini Chat for CSAE activity is a severe violation and will trigger enforcement actions.

2. Age restrictions

Crestini Chat is intended only for users aged 18 years or older.

Users under 18 are not allowed to create an account, sign in, access public rooms, join community groups, send messages, receive private chat requests, use private messaging, upload media, comment, or interact with other users through the Crestini Chat app or related services.

If we become aware that a user is under 18, we may restrict, suspend, or remove the account and delete related data where appropriate.

Crestini Chat may use age confirmation, account checks, moderation tools, reports, and other safeguards to help prevent minors from accessing the service.

3. Reporting and moderation

• users can report child safety concerns through in-app support channels and through the monitored safety contact listed below;
• safety reports are reviewed with priority and may lead to immediate content removal and account suspension, termination, or ban;
• we may preserve relevant evidence and technical records where legally required for abuse investigations.

4. Legal compliance and cooperation

Crestini Chat complies with applicable child safety laws and platform requirements.

When required by law, we report detected CSAM/CSAE content and cooperate with authorized regional and national authorities.

We may also cooperate with trusted safety organizations and lawful requests related to child protection investigations.

5. Enforcement actions

• removal of violating content and media;
• temporary or permanent account suspension or ban;
• account deactivation and restriction of future access;
• reporting to competent authorities where required by law.
