Delete Crestini Chat Account

Use this page to request permanent account deletion for your Crestini account. If your chat account is linked to the website or Google sign-in, those links are removed here as well.

Warning: account deletion is permanent. Your chat account will be deactivated, the linked website account will be disabled, Google sign-in will be removed, and your old username will stay reserved.
What happens next:
  • you receive a confirmation email at the recovery email saved on your account, even if that email was not confirmed before;
  • after confirmation, your Crestini Chat account is deactivated;
  • if a website account or Google sign-in is linked, they are disabled and unlinked in the same delete flow;
  • your previous username remains reserved and cannot be reused later, even if you create a new account;
  • active account recovery data is removed from Crestini Chat storage;
  • limited technical/security records may be retained when required by law or anti-fraud controls.
