• You must not create, upload, request, share, distribute, or promote child sexual abuse material or any content involving sexual exploitation of minors.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We reserve the right to review reports, logs, and available content to investigate rule violations.

We may restrict, block, suspend, or remove accounts, messages, files, and other materials when abuse, security risk, or legal obligations are identified.

6. Service availability

Crestini Chat is provided on an as-available basis. Interruptions, maintenance windows, technical changes, and temporary limitations may occur.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or permanent retention of all messages and files.

7. User content

Each user remains responsible for the content they send, post, or share through the app.

By using the service, you grant a limited license required to host, process, transmit, and display your content as part of normal chat operations.

8. Relationship with other policies
