1. Content ownership

Core service elements, including the Crestini Chat name, design, original texts, and operator-published materials, belong to Crestini.co.uk or its licensors.

Users generally retain rights to content they upload, while granting a limited license needed to host, display, and transmit that content within the service.

2. Prohibited use

• publishing copied material without rights or permission from the rights holder;
• redistributing images, audio files, videos, texts, or documents that infringe another person's rights;
• using trademarks, logos, or identities of others in a misleading or unauthorized way.

3. How to report infringement

If you are the rights holder, or authorized to act for one, and believe material in Crestini Chat infringes copyright, submit a notice through the official support channels listed in Google Play, in the app, or on the website.

Your notice should include enough detail to identify the reported material and the claimed rights.

• your identification details and role in submitting the notice;
• a description of the copyrighted work or protected material;
• a link, account name, file reference, or enough information to locate the reported content;
• a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized;
• a statement that the notice information is accurate, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Actions after a complaint

We may review reported material, request additional information, and restrict, hide, or remove content that is under complaint.

In repeated or severe cases, we may suspend or terminate the involved account.

5. Abusive notices

False, incomplete, or bad-faith notices may be rejected.

We reserve the right to keep records of abusive notices and limit access for users who repeatedly misuse this process.

6. Third-party materials

All third-party trademarks, trade names, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

The presence of any material in the app does not transfer rights to other users.
